Unutterably, deliciously cruel: masochist's heaven

Regarding another reader's review, I don't think Ms. Jones reissued her book to fool anyone into buying it twice. Perhaps she felt she wasn't selling enough -- that is the sad reality for writers of e-books even with the demonstrated excellence and mastery evident in this book (because how is a larger readership going to learn of the book?). Perhaps she felt the book could be presented more attractively, compellingly. At any rate this is one of the most eloquently beautiful books it has been my pleasure to read. In a story-within-a-story, making up about half of the novel, we are shown how a couple of young women create a life-long masochistic male out of a physically pretty boy already demonstrating feminine and passive qualities. This story of loving abuse of the young man is not to be missed; it is the best demonstration I have ever read of the creation of a sissy-boy out of a very likeable young man. The writing is elegant. But as good as this circumscribed story is, it is not the tour de force to be found in the last pages -- a number of satisfying pages -- of the book wherein this masochistic male, Steven, now married and considerably older, finds his cruel heaven in a demotion by his sadistic wife Ava from husband to veritable slave. Thoroughly demoted. And he loves it and embraces it, and given the antecedent story it is now quite explicable how he comes to find delight in his pain and subjugation. In a delicious series of wifely decisions Ava clearly enunciates for Steven what will be his life history hence forth exposed to friends, family and the man who will ultimately cuckold him, as Ava's slave, no longer, indeed, her husband. He will wear a maids uniform as Ava entertains family and friends in a housewarming, and Steven will be cuckolded in the presence of all and will be made to serve the usurper (who beds Ava upstairs) with wine and cigarettes in what was formerly the marriage bed. But in the end what makes this tale so outstanding is that the reader sees how entirely natural and inevitable is Steven's slavery. I mean, the reader sees that such enslavement is entirely possible and real. It is that sense of reality to the tale that will stay with the reader long after the novel is finished. If you have any (sexually) masochistic tendencies the novel is a table laid to fully satisfy, satiate, the sexual palate. For all others it is simply an exquisite and detailed explication of how to make, and abuse, a man who wills himself to love too much, too sacrificially, and out of a twisted fate in his formative, virginal year.

Heavenly story provoking cruel arousal

Wow! What can I say, this story attains utter perfection. Its very well written with detailed character's descriptions, whether being physical or psychological. There is a semblance of a plot, not that is a necessity, but it is a clear plus. The characters are thoroughly developed, especially Stephen to whom we discover, by the ways of flashback side stories, reliving decisive events which shaped him as a submissive.
The story contains scenes of mild humiliation, cross-dressing, servicing, belittling and age-play. The different topics transitions very smoothly and naturally, never felt forced. There is plenty of sexy and titillating dialogue as well. I have been in a state of arousal for the entirety of the novel. I cared for the characters, especially Stephen, and I loved the fear and anticipation of finding out how demoniacally cruel Aval might become.
I really enjoyed it, and will definitely purchase her second book. It made to my top 3 book and author in the femdom genre.

AN EROTIC, FEMDOM TOUR-DE-FORCE!

It’s an oft-told tale in femdom fiction, the psycho-sexual metamorphosis from vanillaesque wife into imperious mistress and of adoring husband into obedient and fearful slave. The formula is always exciting (especially to submissive males like me), but rarely believable in its unfolding. Yet in CRUEL HEAVEN, Molly Sands brings off this impossible trick with stunning skill; her character arcs are emotionally persuasive and erotically supercharged, scene after compelling scene. From my own experience as a lifelong idolator of powerful women (and from considerable contact with FLR couples through my wife worship blog), I can verify that Ms. Sands knows wherof she writes. And she writes beautifully, conveying the intoxicating pas-de-deux of female dominant and male submissive in what amounts to an updating of the classic VENUS IN FURS. Bravo, Molly Sands! Encore, please!
