A lot of the questions involve identification of labels on a diagram type. This is NOT an MCQ book. just question and answer. For the price (used) u can't go wrong. Paid about $9 in all.
UPDATE - I've used this book for a year for upper limb; lower limb; respiratory and cardiovascular systems. This was incredibly helpful. Buy it.

Great Study Resource

Gross Anatomy can be over-whelming as a first year medical student especially if you do not know how to study. This book is a great supplement to any required anatomy text your professors will assign. I found that most questions in this book were very similar to some of the lecture questions on the actual lecture tests. I thought it had a good mixture of diagrams/labels as well as questions. This book is also good for studying important landmarks. It is affordable and I found it to be very beneficial when I took gross anatomy.

I bought it to prepare myself for USMLE step 1 . I am a junior in college.....but the paper qaulity seems crap .
