About the Author
Brian Thompson is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Liverpool Law School, University of Liverpool. He is a member of the advisory body for The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
Michael Allen is Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission and was formerly a Professor of Law at Newcastle Law School, University of Newcastle. He is the author of a number of leading legal books, including Textbook on Criminal Law, also published by OUP.

Excellent text. A full range of cases for all aspects of English Public Law (Constitutional Law). Book tends to follow general structural layout of English Public Law format found in most English law programs. Highly recommend as a supplement to other resources.
